Account and eligibility
You must be 18 or older to use TPatch, register with an email address you can access and a password, and actively accept the User Agreement. Protect your account information.
Content and collaboration
You retain the rights to your content and authorize the service to store and display it through the features you choose. Upload only works you have the right to use. Participants agree among themselves on credits, licensing and collaboration responsibilities.
Acceptable use
Harassment, fraud, spam, infringement, exploitation of minors, violent threats and illegal content are prohibited.
Service and termination

Respect collaborators
Harassment, hate, threats, fraud and spam are prohibited. Do not publish sensitive personal information. Collaborate through clear tasks, credits and feedback.
Child safety and content rights
This app is only for adults. Child sexual exploitation, sexual abuse and related materials are strictly prohibited, as is soliciting minors to participate. Publish only content you have the right to use and respect others’ attribution.
Reports, blocks and publication
You can report or block from user, message or content menus. You can view your own report records. Blocking hides the other person's content from your view and prevents you from initiating private chats; unblocking restores access. Public content can be published. Purchase terms
Sparks and prices
Sparks are used to send virtual gifts to collaborators. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn. The page lists seven price tiers, up to USD 29.99.
Restore and refunds
Consumable Sparks are not permanent entitlements that can be restored indefinitely. Unverified orders are not credited with Sparks or completed early. Refund requests follow the relevant store's rules and applicable law. Contact email: jenoloare0402@icloud.com.
