Accounts & access

For a sign-in or account issue, email the support address with a short description of what you see. TPatch requires an email address, a password, and confirmation that you are 18 or older.

Projects & collaboration

For tasks, versions, project membership, or contributor credits, include the project name and the action you were trying to complete. Entering a voice room does not automatically add you to the project or give you workspace editing access.

Voice rooms & permissions

You enter a room as a listener. Tap Speak or an open seat to join the mic, and allow microphone access when prompted. Use Mute to silence your mic or Stop speaking to return to listening.

If microphone access was denied, review TPatch’s permissions in your device’s system settings. Report a persistent connection or audio issue with your device model and room name.

Reports & blocking

Use the user, message, or content menu to report or block. You can view your own report records in the app. Blocking hides the other person’s content from your view and prevents you from initiating chats with them.

Sparks & gifts

For an available store purchase or a gift issue, include the product or gift and the date. Do not send your full payment information. Refund requests follow the relevant store’s rules and applicable law.

Consumable Sparks are not permanent entitlements that can be restored indefinitely. See the Purchase terms.

Account controls & privacy

Open Settings → Account → Delete account, read the explanation, enter DELETE, and confirm. A successful action signs you out immediately, and you will no longer be able to sign in to that account.

Deleting chat hides it only for you. For questions about your information, send in-app feedback or email jenoloare0402@icloud.com. Read the Privacy Policy for the app’s information and permission practices.
